As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil and construction project activities from inception to completion. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and direct on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with all requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor and control construction quality, implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including documentation of completed work and any issues encountered
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement appropriate safety measures on the construction site
- Manage and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the construction process
- Conduct site inspections to verify that work is progressing according to plans and specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using engineering software and construction management tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
