Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily civil and electrical engineering site operations to ensure projects are executed according to plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress diligently, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Ensure strict adherence to all engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and relevant building codes and regulations.
- Implement and enforce comprehensive site safety procedures and regulations, conducting regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, daily logs, and documentation, providing updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks on all civil and electrical installations to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Assist in the final inspection, testing, and commissioning of projects, and support the project handover process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, specifically with exposure to both civil and electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes and regulations in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management software and AutoCAD would be an advantage.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites within Johor.
