Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are executed in accordance with technical drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Supervise contractors and field personnel to maintain strict quality control and safety standards (K3).
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular status reports to the Project Manager.
- Manage on-site material allocation and inventory to prevent project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential technical issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure site access, permit compliance, and operational continuity.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or equivalent field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure industry.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering, project management software, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of national safety regulations and building codes (K3).
- Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and resolve complex field problems under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team on-site.
- Willingness to be stationed in Cileungsi and travel to various project sites as required.
