Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure construction work proceeds according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Liaise effectively with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate tasks and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate construction reports, including daily logs, progress updates, and material requisitions.
- Ensure all site operations adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental guidelines at all times.
- Manage site documentation, including permits, drawings, and site meeting minutes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Valid Registration Pass (RP) eligibility for working in Singapore.
- Proven experience in site supervision and civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office applications.
