Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are completed within the designated timeline and budget.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety regulations (OSHA/DOSH).
- Monitor material usage and equipment maintenance to minimize wastage and operational costs.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical onsite discrepancies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for project management.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, structural standards, and environmental requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management software.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural analysis, and site safety management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead onsite teams effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Relevant certification (e.g., BEM registration) is an added advantage.
