Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on construction sites
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution
- Manage documentation including as-built drawings, permits, and compliance records
- Optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Site Engineer in construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM modeling, and construction management software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction codes and safety regulations
- Experience with project lifecycle management from planning to handover
- Certification in PMP or similar project management qualification preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams
