Shimizu-Fujita-Takenaka-EEI Joint Venture (SFTE JV) is a world-class consortium of leading global and local construction firms dedicated to delivering the Philippines' most ambitious infrastructure projects. We are currently spearheading the construction of the country's flagship railway system, including a major state-of-the-art depot in Quezon City.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer (Depot Civil) to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be the primary driver of on-site operations, directly managing frontline teams to ensure the successful execution of complex civil works. Your leadership will be essential in translating engineering blueprints into a world-class structure, guaranteeing safety, quality, and adherence to the project's demanding schedule.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily site operations for depot civil works, including earthworks, foundations, structures, and utilities.
- Directly lead, mentor, and coordinate frontline workers and subcontractor teams to ensure productivity and work quality.
- Review engineering drawings, method statements, and specifications to ensure accurate field implementation.
- Monitor construction progress against the master schedule and prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards (ISO/QMS).
- Coordinate with the procurement team for material requisitions, deliveries, and site inventory management.
- Conduct structural inspections to ensure conformance with design codes and project specifications.
- Assist in resolving technical discrepancies and field engineering issues to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil site supervision, specifically in heavy civil / infrastructure projects (depot, railway, or large-scale building construction).
- Strong technical knowledge of structural concrete, steel works, earthworks, and geotechnical aspects.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams of skilled and unskilled labor.
- Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Experience in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a full-time, on-site basis in Quezon City, including shifting schedules if required.
