We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Site Engineer (Drafting AutoCAD) to join our team based in Karak, Pahang. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong command of AutoCAD and drafting techniques.
In this role, you will be integral to both the design and execution phases of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing detailed technical drawings, revising designs based on feedback, and coordinating closely with the project manager and on-site teams to ensure accurate implementation. You will also conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve any drafting-related issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and is proficient in AutoCAD and other design software. Experience in the construction industry is highly valued.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and modify detailed AutoCAD drawings for construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure design accuracy.
- Conduct site inspections to verify that construction aligns with drawings and specifications.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Resolve technical issues and provide drafting support to the project team.
- Ensure all drawings are updated and maintained in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to source materials and equipment.
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site engineering or drafting roles.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Karak, Pahang.
