Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications
- Monitor contractor performance and quality control measures during project execution
- Coordinate between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for project stakeholders
- Verify materials and workmanship meet contractual requirements and safety standards
- Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities to meet project deadlines
- Implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues and maintain project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methods
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with construction safety protocols and quality assurance processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced construction environments
