- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in educational facilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Diagnose system malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Monitor energy efficiency and recommend optimization strategies
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC engineering or maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of climate control systems and energy management
- Certification in HVAC technology (e.g., EPA 608) preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
