Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC installation and maintenance activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of mechanical services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, and ventilation units, providing prompt resolution.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, technical documentation, and site meeting minutes for management review.
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize the performance of climate control systems.
- Ensure all site activities strictly follow local regulations and internal environmental health and safety (EHS) policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an HVAC Site Engineer or similar role in a commercial or industrial facility.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, system installation, and site supervision techniques.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate on-site team members.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
