China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer HVAC to join our prestigious Data Center project in Cikarang Pusat. This is a high-impact role requiring technical precision, on-site leadership, and the ability to work under tight project timelines.
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical installation, ensuring compliance with international engineering standards, and coordinating with sub-contractors to deliver high-quality HVAC systems tailored for critical data center infrastructure. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and are prepared for an immediate start.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily HVAC installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve technical issues in real-time.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for HVAC systems.
- Manage material delivery, site logistics, and equipment storage on-site.
- Ensure all HVAC installations meet the stringent thermal control requirements typical of Data Center environments.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports for project management review.
- Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies across the construction site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC construction, specifically within Data Center or industrial projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of chiller plants, CRAC/CRAH units, and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed mechanical/HVAC shop drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams on-site.
- Ability to work under pressure and commit to an immediate, fast-paced project environment.
- Familiarity with local Indonesian construction safety codes and regulations.
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project is highly preferred.
