CBM Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer (IFS) to join our expanding engineering team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution and supervision of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) operations within our project bundles. You will act as the primary liaison, coordinating between specialized trade contractors and our internal project management teams to ensure technical excellence, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
This position is ideal for an engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and possesses a sharp eye for operational detail. You will be instrumental in maintaining site quality standards and ensuring that all M&E systems are integrated and commissioned in alignment with our rigorous project requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and supervise trade contractors and specialists to ensure quality M&E installation and operation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor daily site progress and provide regular status reports to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all site works comply with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards and internal safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential technical issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage the coordination of M&E drawings and verify onsite implementation against technical specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and equipment delivery to keep project schedules on track.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of site experience in M&E facility management or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and operational site procedures.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and resolve technical conflicts on-site.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between field teams and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to project safety and quality excellence.
