Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities for LTA/MRT civil/structural projects
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on-site
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports
- Implement quality control measures and regulatory compliance
- Manage site resources and optimize construction methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Site Engineer in civil/structural projects
- Familiarity with LTA/MRT project requirements and standards
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methodologies
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
- Safety certifications (e.g., Site Safety Supervisor)
