Are you an experienced Engineer with a passion for on-site project execution? Sabio Advisory Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented, Mandarin-speaking Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between technical planning and site implementation, ensuring that complex engineering projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
As a Site Engineer, you will take ownership of the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of our projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical challenges, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring seamless communication across all project stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly in both Mandarin and English/Malay, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of engineering systems.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and diagnostic support to resolve site issues promptly.
- Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring alignment between design specifications and on-site execution.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor site progress, maintain detailed logs, and prepare technical reports for management.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
- Manage material logistics and ensure equipment availability for all installation phases.
- Supervise subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure quality of workmanship.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in site engineering or project implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project schematics.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple project tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to be based in Johor Bahru.
