Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate MEP installations on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
- Review project drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications for accuracy and constructability.
- Manage sub-contractor activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Collaborate with the project management team to resolve site-specific technical issues and design discrepancies.
- Monitor material consumption, manage on-site resources, and assist in progress reporting for stakeholders.
- Ensure that all MEP testing and commissioning processes are completed according to project deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP site supervision within large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP installation standards, building codes, and safety protocols in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and schematic designs.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging on-site environments, specifically in the Kalimantan region.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
