We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer MEP to join our dynamic team at Alam Sutera Realty. As a Site Engineer MEP, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical and mechanical works in our building projects. Your role will be critical in ensuring that all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems are installed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all MEP works are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, conducting regular inspections, and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the construction process. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of our building projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee all electrical and mechanical works in building projects
- Ensure that all MEP installations comply with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to on-site teams
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management
- Ensure that all MEP works are completed within the specified timeline and budget
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer MEP in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation procedures, and industry standards
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in MEP engineering is a plus
