Derich Bangun Perkasa is a dynamic construction firm committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure and building projects. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all MEP systems are installed in strict accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
As our Site Engineer MEP, you will act as the primary technical point of contact on-site, bridging the gap between design blueprints and field execution. You will coordinate with subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure that MEP installations integrate seamlessly with the architectural and structural components of the project. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor all MEP installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to resolve technical issues during the construction process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are performed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate site progress reports and update project documentation as required.
- Ensure all materials and equipment delivered to the site meet the specified project requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure full operational functionality.
- Liaise with the project manager and other stakeholders to track work schedules and budget adherence.
- Ensure that all on-site work strictly follows Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an MEP Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing works.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical site issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with contractors and clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Barat and travel to project sites as needed.
