PT Mutiara Asia Makmur is looking for an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our dynamic engineering and construction team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing site operations, ensuring high-quality execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, interior fit-outs, and specialized cleanroom environments.
As our Site Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical design and physical execution. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction, MEP installation, and cleanroom setup to ensure alignment with approved design drawings.
- Coordinate seamlessly with subcontractors, site supervisors, and external vendors to maintain project momentum and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to guarantee compliance with safety regulations, cleanroom standards, and client specifications.
- Prepare, update, and submit comprehensive progress reports, daily logs, and material tracking sheets.
- Manage on-site materials and equipment inventory, minimizing wastage and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Assist in interpreting blueprints, technical specifications, and schematic designs for the on-site execution teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), interior architectural fit-outs, or specialized cleanroom construction.
- Strong capabilities in reading and interpreting technical drawings, structural blueprints, and AutoCAD designs.
- Familiarity with cleanroom construction standards, contamination control, or HVAC systems is a major advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta Timur and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
