PT YOONGJIN KONSTRUKSI UTAMA is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) to join our expanding team in Cikarang Selatan. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and mechanical integrity.
The successful candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in plumbing systems, fluid mechanics, and sanitary installations. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site MEP operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that all installations comply with design specifications and local building codes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily on-site MEP construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate effectively with sub-contractors and site supervisors to prevent workflow conflicts.
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical/plumbing system issues on-site to provide immediate engineering solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for project management and client reviews.
- Ensure all safety protocols (K3) are strictly followed during installation and testing phases.
- Perform quality control inspections for material quality and technical workmanship.
- Manage technical documentation, including As-Built Drawings and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry.
- Proven technical proficiency in plumbing systems, fluid dynamics, and sanitary installations.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MEP-related design software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) for construction and building systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Cikarang Selatan, Jawa Barat.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines effectively.
