Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure project timelines are met
- Monitor construction progress and implement quality control measures
- Prepare and submit daily site reports, including progress updates and any issues encountered
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions
- Review engineering drawings and specifications for accuracy
- Manage site resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer on infrastructure projects
- Experience working on LTA projects is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a 6-day, 12-hour shift environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid certification in relevant engineering or safety courses
