Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Site Agents and Project Managers in supervising all structural and piling works on-site
- Monitor and ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of construction activities and prepare detailed progress reports
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and report any potential issues or discrepancies in construction work
- Maintain accurate documentation of all site activities, including daily reports and quality control checks
- Provide technical guidance to construction teams and ensure proper implementation of engineering designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in piling and structural construction works
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, materials, and equipment
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet tight deadlines
