Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise plumbing installations and systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams for seamless execution of plumbing work
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks for plumbing components and installations
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, as-built drawings, and compliance records
- Ensure all plumbing work meets local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to maintain schedule adherence
- Train and mentor junior staff on plumbing installation techniques and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Engineer with focus on plumbing systems
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and technical drawing software for plumbing layouts
- Certification in plumbing engineering or construction management preferred
- Proficiency in Indonesian building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
