IPM Professional is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Engineer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis for a critical project located in Port Klang, Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and construction activities to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow continuity
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and site diaries
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions during construction phases
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to meet delivery milestones
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with engineering standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering roles within construction or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or safety management (OSHA) are advantageous
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong written and verbal communication skills
