Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage technical documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, and material tracking.
- Supervise subcontractors and site staff to maintain strict adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues on-site effectively.
- Perform site inspections and quality checks to ensure installations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor site progress against project timelines and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare site-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in site management or project engineering, preferably in electrical works.
- Strong understanding of local electrical standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead site meetings and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various site locations within Selangor.
