They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join their high-performing team for a prestigious condominium development located in the heart of Tampines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise all structural, architectural, and MEP works on site, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the main contractor's team to facilitate smooth project workflow and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and company safety protocols, promoting a zero-accident culture.
- Monitor site progress against the master construction schedule; identify potential delays and implement effective corrective measures.
- Prepare detailed daily site reports, progress claims, requests for inspection (RFI), and technical submissions.
- Conduct regular quality inspections on workmanship and materials, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and project specifications.
- Attend and actively contribute to regular site meetings, and coordinate with relevant authorities (BCA, NEA, PUB) for inspections and approvals.
- Manage the timely submission and approval process for shop drawings, method statements, and material samples.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on site engineering experience in building construction, ideally with an A1 main contractor on condominium or high-rise residential projects.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction methods specific to Singapore.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse site teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Singaporean, Singapore PR, or candidates with a valid Employment Pass are encouraged to apply.
- Possession of a valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) is an added advantage.
