Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Prepare and implement project plans, schedules, and methodologies specific to building construction
- Supervise and direct subcontractors and site personnel to maintain quality standards and safety protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and contractual requirements
- Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and equipment coordination for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, quality control records, and as-built drawings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site or project engineering for building construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency with construction management software and project planning tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising site teams
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP, or similar) is a plus
