We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in HVAC systems to oversee project execution from planning through completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HVAC installations and troubleshooting complex technical issues in a construction environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation activities on construction sites
- Ensure all work complies with technical specifications, safety standards, and building codes
- Inspect and verify the quality of HVAC components and installation work
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks for HVAC systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer with HVAC specialization
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures
- Familiarity with relevant Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Experience with project management tools and documentation systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HVAC systems or project management is an advantage
