We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to support our construction projects in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between technical drafting and on-site execution, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing project drawings, performing precise volume calculations, and preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to support project planning and budgeting.
As part of the Jakarta Digital Nusantara team, you will collaborate closely with project managers and site supervisors to monitor progress, resolve technical discrepancies, and ensure that construction activities align with the target specifications and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and review engineering drawings and construction blueprints to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and volume calculations for materials and resources.
- Prepare, update, and maintain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering and project tracking.
- Monitor site progress to verify that construction activities align with the target schedule and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure the correct materials and quantities are available on-site.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and ensuring adherence to engineering standards.
- Prepare daily or weekly progress reports and site documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building codes.
- Excellent numerical skills with high attention to detail for volume calculations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites in Tangerang and surrounding areas.
