Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily site operations to ensure project progress aligns with schedules
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to maintain high-quality workmanship
- Ensure strict compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Resolve drawing issues and coordinate with design teams for necessary clarifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address project requirements
- Monitor resource allocation and optimize site efficiency
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site management practices
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Valid certification in construction safety management is preferred
