Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure full compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide the construction team effectively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and logistical issues on-site.
- Manage project schedules, track progress, and report to management on project status.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, material usage, and labor hours.
- Conduct regular site meetings to discuss upcoming tasks and safety briefings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in site supervision or civil engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Valid Engineerās license or relevant certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
