Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor site progress and prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential technical issues and implement timely corrective actions.
- Manage material resources and equipment allocation to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Liaise with local authorities and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of site supervision experience, preferably in water, waste, or utility infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of site construction processes, safety regulations, and project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams effectively.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for site mobility.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
