As a Site Engineer, you will be the backbone of our on-site operations, ensuring that complex structural designs are brought to life with maximum efficiency and strict adherence to international safety standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site steel bridge fabrication and erection activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Perform regular technical inspections to verify structural integrity and quality control standards.
- Interpret complex structural drawings and provide technical guidance to the field team.
- Manage on-site documentation, including progress reports, daily site logs, and safety compliance records.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks during the assembly and installation process.
- Ensure all activities adhere to local and international health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, specifically in steel structures or heavy bridge construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural steel fabrication drawings and shop drawings.
- Strong knowledge of site management software and Microsoft Project/AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and manage multi-stakeholder site relations.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Relevant certifications in project management or occupational safety (K3) are highly preferred.
