Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and labor hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in site engineering or construction management.
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
