Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in telecom site implementation and integration
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in construction
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid PRC license as a Professional Engineer is preferred
- Experience with project management software and documentation systems
