AFRY, a global leader in engineering, design, and advisory services, is seeking a technically proficient Site HSE Officer / HSE Engineer to oversee operations at our upcoming Solar Farm project in Iloilo.

You will work on-site, collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to mitigate risks, conduct site audits, and foster a proactive environment where every team member returns home safely.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental management plans for the solar farm construction project.
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and international safety standards.
- Lead hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA) processes for solar construction tasks, including working at heights, electrical hazards, and heavy machinery operation.
- Facilitate induction training, toolbox meetings, and specialized safety workshops for all personnel and subcontractors on-site.
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis processes, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Oversee environmental protection measures, including waste management, soil erosion control, and spill prevention strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, permits, and reporting metrics for stakeholder and regulatory review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction, energy, or solar farm sectors.
- Accredited OSH practitioner certification (e.g., DOLE-accredited COSH/BOSH/SO2/SO3 certification) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards and relevant environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to manage high-risk site environments and lead multidisciplinary teams with a focus on safety behavior.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with contractors and site leadership.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Iloilo for the duration of the contract period.
