Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all mechanical engineering operations at the site, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
- Supervise and coordinate contractors, technicians, and laborers for mechanical installations and maintenance
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify mechanical issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and compliance records
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source and verify mechanical equipment and materials
- Optimize resource allocation and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in site management or construction
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Valid PRC license as a Mechanical Engineer (Professional) is required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for coordinating diverse teams
- Ability to work in demanding on-site conditions and manage multiple priorities
