Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the site budget planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate financial targets.
- Analyze operational performance and provide monthly variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budget.
- Prepare comprehensive business plans and financial projections to support long-term site strategy.
- Monitor industrial KPIs, focusing on production costs, efficiency ratios, and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting at the site level.
- Support management by providing insightful financial modeling and scenario planning for operational adjustments.
- Maintain clear communication with department heads to track expenditures and optimize cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial controlling, manufacturing finance, or cost accounting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and industrial performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising teams or coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment in Bekasi.
- Professional certification (CMA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
