Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site inspection, quality control, or mining operations
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality control methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues and discrepancies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions
- Effective communication skills with the ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings
- Certification in safety management, quality control, or mining operations is preferred
