Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications
- Document findings through detailed reports, photographs, and checklists, highlighting non-conformances and recommending corrective actions
- Monitor construction progress, material quality, and workmanship at various project stages
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines
- Verify adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations
- Prepare inspection schedules and maintain accurate records for audit purposes
- Assist in pre-construction planning and site preparation assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site inspection for civil/structural construction projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with Philippine National Building Code (NBC) and local construction regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work independently in outdoor construction environments
- Certification in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) is advantageous
