As we continue to expand our project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and highly organized Site Manager to join our team and take full ownership of our on-site operations in Jakarta Raya. In this critical leadership role, you will serve as the linchpin between our architectural design vision and the physical reality of our projects. You will manage every aspect of site construction, from initial site preparation and structural works to the delicate finishing of custom water features, intricate tiling, and sophisticated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) integration.

Tanggung Jawab
- Take full ownership of the construction site, managing daily operations, site safety, and quality control from groundbreaking to project handover.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide comprehensive progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting routine safety audits and toolbox talks.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and process progress claims, variations, and purchase orders.
- Liaise directly with clients, architects, and interior designers to resolve technical issues and ensure the design intent is perfectly executed.
- Supervise and mentor site supervisors, foremen, and skilled tradespeople to maintain high performance standards.
- Maintain accurate as-built documentation, daily logs, RFIs, and site photographs for project records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven site management experience in construction, ideally in high-end residential, commercial fit-out, or specialized wet trades (pools, water features, MEP).
- Strong technical knowledge of structural works, waterproofing, MEP coordination, and finishes.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid construction safety certifications (e.g., SMK3, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent) are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
