PT Artha Grafika Mediatama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee construction operations in Jakarta Barat. As a Site Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our project delivery, responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed safely, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for a leader who can manage subcontractors, coordinate site resources effectively, and maintain strict adherence to project timelines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Manage and lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and address operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Maintain strict control over project budgets, material usage, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols (K3) are strictly enforced across the construction site.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for management, including updates on milestones and site status.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure the final output aligns with project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, architectural drawings, and project plans.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and professional business English.
