- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure material availability and labor efficiency.

- Manage project budgets, including labor, equipment, and material costs to ensure profitability.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Site Manager or supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multi-disciplinary construction teams.
