Senamas Energindo Mineral is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead our operations in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. This is a critical leadership role where you will oversee end-to-end site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-performance standards are met.
As our Site Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our on-site team, responsible for translating strategic goals into daily operational success. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement rigorous safety protocols to ensure our projects are delivered on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise all on-site operational activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and project schedules.
- Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company standards.
- Manage site budget, resource allocation, and heavy equipment logistics to maximize operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate site staff and contractors to build a high-performing technical team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between site operations and head office management, providing accurate daily and weekly progress reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to prevent project delays.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship standards and ensure all site activities meet technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in site management, preferably within the Indonesian mining or heavy construction sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and heavy equipment fleet management.
- Proven track record in safety management (K3/HSE certification is highly preferred).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in challenging, remote, or semi-remote environments.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to be stationed in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.
