Join Pulauintan Bajaperkasa Constructions as a Site Manager and lead our construction projects to success. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of all project activities to ensure they run according to plan in terms of time, cost, quality, and workplace safety.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to oversee our construction sites, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure that all project milestones are met efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols on the construction site
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards
- Prepare regular reports on project status, issues, and solutions
- Manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management is a plus
