Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute daily construction site activities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams (engineers, contractors, laborers)
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders (clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies)
- Monitor progress and prepare regular performance reports
- Implement sustainable construction practices and cost-saving measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of site management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Safety certification (SMK3) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
