As a Site Manager at secatha studio, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. You will manage teams of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and activities at construction sites in East Kalimantan
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage construction schedules and ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures
- Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Resolve on-site issues and make necessary adjustments to project plans
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CMAA) is a plus
