We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our most prestigious high-rise and commercial projects. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our construction sites, ensuring that safety, quality, and timelines are met with precision.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams. You will collaborate closely with architects, stakeholders, and subcontractors to deliver excellence in every square meter. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all project phases.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues and maintain design integrity.
- Manage site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in construction management, preferably in high-rise or commercial projects.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian building codes, construction safety regulations, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage large, diverse on-site teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Professional certification (SKA/SKK) in Construction Management is highly preferred.
