Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure project milestones are met
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards on-site
- Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve optimal performance
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and industry standards
- Resolve on-site problems and make timely decisions to keep projects on track
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Certification in construction management or project management is preferred
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
