Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to align on project specifications and architectural designs.
- Enforce strict health and safety (K3) protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment for all personnel.
- Manage site resources, including materials, machinery, and labor, to maintain budget compliance.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project timelines, milestones, and technical challenges.
- Resolve on-site technical issues or discrepancies efficiently to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in construction site management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and international safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to be based in Denpasar, Bali, and travel as required by project needs.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English or Japanese is considered a significant advantage.
